ZCAR-802S is an industrial control three-phase relay protection tester, suitable for protection debugging of 10KV/35KV and below. The instrument has standard four phase voltage and three-phase current output, which can be used to test various traditional relays and protection devices, as well as modern microcomputer protection. Especially for transformer differential protection and backup automatic switching devices, the test is more convenient and perfect.

1. The classic Windows XP operating interface is user-friendly and easy to operate; A high-performance embedded industrial control computer and a 10.4-inch LED true color display screen with a resolution of 800 × 600 can provide rich and intuitive information, including the current working status of the device and various help information.

2. The local Windows XP system comes with a recovery function to avoid system crashes caused by illegal shutdowns or accidental operations.

3. The device is equipped with ultra-thin multifunctional quick connect buttons and an optical mouse, which can complete various operations through the keyboard or mouse like operating a regular PC.

4. The main control board adopts a DSP+FPGA structure, with 16 bit DAC output. It can generate high-density sine waves of 2000 points per week for the fundamental wave, greatly improving the quality of the waveform and enhancing the accuracy of the testing instrument.

5. The power amplifier adopts a high fidelity linear power amplifier, which ensures both the accuracy of small currents and the stability of large currents.

6. It uses a USB interface to communicate directly with a PC without the need for any adapter cables, making it convenient to use.

7. Can be connected to a laptop (optional) for operation. Laptops and industrial computers use the same set of software, without the need to relearn operating methods.
