2.The main structure adopts the structural design of the world-renowned company HAEFELY, which is currently the most compact generator in China. It has the characteristics of small inherent inductance and convenient modulation.

3.The core component is the FX series programmable controller from Mitsubishi Corporation in Japan, and almost all control functions are implemented through software programming. Therefore, the system structure is simple, with very few peripheral circuit boards, and extremely high reliability.

4.Integrated design of measurement and control structure, equipped with peak voltage meter and LCD display industrial computer, capable of fully automatic control, measurement and analysis. The measurement and control system adopts LCD touch screen operation, with multiple status prompt screens, achieving intelligent human-machine dialogue operation.

5.The fiber optic control transmission system used is the first in China's high-voltage testing equipment. It realizes the fiber optic connection between the control measurement equipment and the high-voltage main equipment, effectively solving the harm of ground potential rise to the measurement and control system encountered in high-voltage testing, eliminating electromagnetic interference caused by control leads, and greatly improving the reliability of the system.

6.The electronic delay circuit used in the cut-off delay adjustment method can easily obtain a cut-off trigger delay of 2-6us, which is more convenient and simple compared to the method using delay cables.A pulse amplifier capable of generating a 15kV, 100ns rising edge is used to trigger the cutoff gap, ensuring a cutoff time dispersion of less than 0.1us.

7.The system has designed a dedicated program operation screen to facilitate the full wave and truncated wave tests of transformers, greatly simplifying the operation of test personnel and effectively preventing human errors.

8.The impulse voltage generator test system adopts advanced technology, good craftsmanship, and high-quality raw materials, which can ensure long-term use and operate for more than 20 years. The normal operating cost is also very low.
