On October 8, the Ministry of State Grid Infrastructure was informed that in the first three quarters of this year, State Grid Company Limited put into operation 36 134 kilometers and 21 683 million kilovolts-amperes of power grid infrastructure projects above 110 kilovolts, 72.7% and 77.4% of the annual plans were completed, 34 856 kilometers and 213 440 million kilovolts-amperes were started, 73.5% and 69.9% of the annual missions were completed, and the start-up and production exceeded the completion milestone plan.
Since the beginning of this year, the company's infrastructure construction front has conscientiously implemented the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, deepened the implementation of the spirit of the three or four professional congresses and the 2019 working conference of the company, accelerated the construction of the world-class "three-type, two-network" energy Internet enterprises, and completed the construction missions of various projects in an all-round way. In the third quarter, the construction of hydroelectric transmission channels in Sichuan was accelerated; the Ya'an transmission project in Sichuan was completed and put into operation in July; 30 traction stations of railway coal transport channels from Mongxi to Central China were completed; 750 kilovolt three-channel in Gansu was sent out by Changle Power Plant to enhance clean energy absorption, "three districts and two states", offset villages, rural power grid construction in central and Western China; and "Winter Olympic Games" and "coal to electricity" were built. A number of key projects, such as the border forces'Tongda power grid and other key projects, were promoted according to the plan; the Ali interconnection project started according to the plan; the pre-construction work of the Xiongan New Area power grid was advanced with high standards, and the Xiongan New Area power grid started construction.
The Ministry of National Network Infrastructure has vigorously promoted the construction of the ubiquitous Internet of Things, promoted the reform of "release and control clothing" to achieve results on the ground, strengthened precise investment, accelerated the construction of key projects, and all operations have developed smoothly. The Ministry of State Grid Capital Construction continued to carry out supervision and inspection of "four not two straight lines", organize special supervision and self-inspection of construction safety of electric power construction projects and special supervision of "preventing danger, ensuring safety and welcoming Daqing"; continue to deepen the effect of supporting measures of capital construction reform; promote the construction of comprehensive digital management platform for the whole process of capital construction, put digital management of power grid projects on line, and clarify capital construction and transportation inspection. Model sharing and data penetrating skills plan; formulate and implement the "release of uniforms" list, comprehensively promote the process of branch settlement to achieve completion, quantity clearance and price standard; implement the spirit of the construction of the company compliance management system, launch the special investigation of the company's transmission and transformation projects according to law and compliance construction; comprehensively promote the form of "Party Construction + Infrastructure" and "Project Department + Party Branch" on the transmission and transformation project site.
Relevant departments of the company focus on the construction and development of key projects, timely and harmonious solution to pre-planning, material supply, equipment blackouts and other operations.
