At 12:20 on September 5, with the completion of the lifting of the water inlet steel gate, the seawater smoothly entered the pump room of unit 6 of Fuqing nuclear power demonstration project "Hualong No.1", marking the smooth realization of the water inlet node of the pump room of the unit. Pump house water inflow is an important operation in the key way of unit construction and installation. The purpose is to put the circulating water filtration system and the important service water system into continuous operation and create conditions for the cooling air supply of the subsequent nuclear island electrical plant. The pump house water inflow is divided into two stages. In the first stage, the water inflow operation at the boundary of drum network, conventional island circulating water system and auxiliary cooling water system is completed; in the second stage, before the seawater enters the important service water system pump, it is ready for the next pump unit load test.
In order to successfully realize the water inlet node of the pump house, the construction team of "Hualong No.1" demonstration project established a special team to draw up a specific operation plan, regularly arrange various restrictions on site construction, design and items, coordinate and promote the development of site construction, successively complete the device commissioning of important service water pump, circulating water pump, drum network and other equipment, prefabrication and installation of seawater system pipeline. And so on a series of operations, the continuous completion of a "small policy", and ultimately achieve "sea water for my use."
