The situation has been improved, which helps photovoltaic and wind power enterprises to change from relying on subsidies to relying on shopping malls, which helps to promote the transformation of power shopping malls and the sustainable development of photovoltaic and wind power industries.The implementation of the relevant standards of the absorption and assurance mechanism needs to be further promulgated by the provincial power authorities.
