In 2017, Shaanxi completed the first extra high voltage transmission project of Shaanxi electric power transmission, and completed the large-scale, large planning, large capacity and high-efficiency optimization equipment of Northern Shaanxi power. On August 14, 2017, the 1000 kV Yuheng Weifang UHV transmission project was officially put into operation, and Shaanxi Power Grid entered the era of UHV. The project is one of the ultra-high voltage projects of the national air pollution prevention and control action plan "four cross four direct", which delivers nearly 40 billion kilowatt hours of electricity every year, can convert more than 11 million tons of coal, reduce 5% of the coal consumption in the transportation process, and reduce 280000 tons of diesel consumption.
In 2019, Shaanxi completed the second 750 kV transmission channel from northern Shaanxi to Guanzhong, and the 750 kV backbone grid structure of the province was further strengthened. The power transmission capacity of Northern Shaanxi power base to Guanzhong region increased from 2.3 million kW to 6.1 million KW, which greatly promoted the development of wind power, solar energy clean power and promotion of power industry in Northern Shaanxi. The 750 kV second channel power transmission and transformation project from northern Shaanxi to Guanzhong is the UHV power transmission and transformation project with the highest investment, the largest construction planning and the longest transmission interval in the construction history of Shaanxi power grid. The project has a total length of 1269 kilometers, and has been formally constructed since August 2016. It has lasted 22 months, crossing 11 railways, 20 expressways, 41 power lines of 330 kV and above, and 186 power lines of 110 kV and below. During the construction of the project, State Grid Shaanxi electric power fully demonstrated the Iron Army spirit of State Grid Shaanxi Electric Power people, who are particularly able to bear, fight, bear hardships and contribute, and set the electric power record of 176km 750 kV ground wire for 69 days.
Shaanxi power grid is located in the hub of power transmission from the west to the East and connecting the northwest, central and North China power grids. Now, in addition to the 1000 kV Yuheng Weifang UHV power transmission project, which directly delivers power to the North China Grid, four 750 kV lines have been built to connect with the northwest main grid, and connected to the central China grid through Lingbao (Henan) DC back-to-back transmission channel, ± 500 kV Sichuan Deyang to Baoji DC transmission channel, and another 500 kV Yulin Shenmu (Fugu) to Hebei AC transmission channel to connect with the North China Grid. Grid connection. As a power province, the total installed capacity of Shaanxi power generation will reach 76.95 million kilowatts by 2020. State Grid Shaanxi Electric Power Co., Ltd. is strengthening the construction of backbone grid structure of Shaanxi power grid, and is actively promoting the implementation of extra high voltage projects such as Northern Shaanxi Wuhan in Shaanxi. The construction of large power grid and ultra-high voltage project has improved the power transmission capacity of Shaanxi, which is not only conducive to promoting the transformation of coal in Shaanxi, extending the industrial chain, but also greatly alleviating the coal electricity transportation contradiction, and together, it can better deal with the problem of clean power consumption such as wind, light and water.
Transformation of rural power grid helps Shaanxi to overcome poverty
In the past 20 years, the transformation of rural power grid has been completed, and the rural area has changed from "using electricity" to "using electricity well". Since 1998, the construction of rural power grid in Shaanxi Province has entered a period of great development. State Grid Shaanxi electric power has successively implemented phase I and phase II rural power grid construction and transformation projects, county power grid transformation projects, "household power on" projects, rural power grid improvement projects and rural power grid transformation promotion projects, with a total investment of 20.092 billion yuan. During the "12th Five Year Plan" period, State Grid Shaanxi Electric Power Co., Ltd. invested 7.7 billion yuan to carry out the rural power grid upgrading project, with 1.2733 million households and 282000 rural "low voltage" households improved.
Especially since 2013, State Grid Shaanxi Electric Power Co., Ltd. has been promoting the rural power grid transformation and upgrading project. It has vigorously implemented the power supporting project for the relocation of immigrants in southern Shaanxi. It has invested 7.95 billion yuan in rural areas, with 31 newly built and reconstructed 110 kV substations, 1.823 million KVA capacity, 726 kilometers of lines, 46 35 kV substations, 686000 KVA capacity, 638 kilometers of lines, and 10 rural power grids. There are 18052 kV distribution transformers with a capacity of 4018100 KVA, 10952km of lines and 27372.9km of rural low-voltage lines. 619 supporting power supply projects (including subprojects) have been completed in 10 counties (districts) in Hanzhong, Ankang and Shangluo power supply areas, and the daily power consumption of 71900 households and 25729100 people in 626 resettlement areas and the power demand for poverty alleviation in mountainous areas have been handled. In 2018, the "power supply to villages" and "power supply to wells" were completed. In the whole year, 824 villages were upgraded with power supply capacity, benefiting 432600 people.
Cleaning can protect the beautiful blue sky of Sanqin

State Grid Shaanxi electric power actively promotes clean power consumption, vigorously promotes clean substitution and electric energy substitution in the field of power, actively practices the development concept of "green" and "sharing", so that smart grid not only becomes the power transmission carrier connecting power supply and users, but also becomes the clean power resource optimization equipment channel with the function of network market.In recent years, State Grid Shaanxi electric power has seriously implemented the national green, efficient, clean and safe power development strategy, resolutely implemented the "four major defense wars" and bulk coal governance, and vigorously promoted the "electricity replacing coal, electricity replacing oil" as the key point of electric energy instead of operation, and achieved remarkable results. Since 2013, State Grid Shaanxi electric power has carried out "replacing coal with electricity" and "replacing oil with electricity" electric energy in the five fields of residential heating, industrial (agricultural) production and manufacturing, transportation, power supply and consumption, and household electrification. By 2017, it has implemented 2922 electric energy replacement projects, replacing 11.056 billion kwh of electricity, reducing the consumption of direct coal and fuel oil by 212.03 million tons and 143.78 million tons respectively. The total emission reduction of carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide is 10.386 million tons, 67800 tons and 30600 tons respectively. In 2018, we will continue to tap the potential, expand 1077 power substitution projects, and replace more than 3.6 billion kwh.
In the first half of 2019, State Grid Shaanxi Electric Power Co., Ltd. has completed 641 electric energy replacement projects, replacing 2.278 billion kwh of electric power, making contributions to the construction of green Shaanxi and the care of the land, water and blue sky of Sanqin. Combined with the development of characteristic agriculture, 81 agricultural electric heating and electric temperature control projects have been expanded, including Luochuan Apple air conditioning reservoir, Hanzhong electric tea making project, Yangling flower shed project, Tongguan pepper drying project. The electric energy of environmental protection, safety, clean and sanitary has been welcomed by farmers.
Shaanxi is in the forefront of electric vehicle development in the northwest region. State Grid Shaanxi electric power continues to promote the interconnection of charging equipment, accelerate the orderly charging implementation of residential areas, ensure the planned charging demand of electric passenger vehicles, comprehensively build the smart car networking ecosystem, and promote the high-quality development of strategic emerging affairs of electric vehicles. In February 2019, State Grid Electric Vehicle Service (Shaanxi) Co., Ltd. settled in Fengdong Free Trade Industrial Park, Xixian new area, Shaanxi Province, and built the first optical storage intelligent charging power station, comprehensive exhibition hall of electric vehicle sales experience, Shaanxi intelligent vehicle networking channel and other demonstration projects in the province. Shaanxi intelligent Internet of vehicles channel makes full use of big data, cloud computing, Internet of things, mobile Internet skills, and is widely used in the power Internet of things, connecting all kinds of charging service channels in the province. Intelligent vehicle networking channel, completion of charging service integration of online customer service, call center and customer handling affairs, implementation of 7 × 24-hour operation and maintenance rush repair for charging equipment, construction of "electric vehicle +" service ecosystem, and one-stop services of electric vehicle sales, leasing, insurance, charging equipment construction and installation, charging and payment.
In 2019, Shaanxi Electric Power Co., Ltd. of State Grid actively carried out the charging equipment activities of "entering the government, universities, parks, scenic spots and enterprises", using the provincial "three supplies and one industry" and the opportunity of household table transformation of the old residential quarter, equipped with charging pile capacity allocation according to 20% of the parking space of the old residential quarter, and planned to build 200 charging piles and 400 public charging piles in the new residential quarter. Now, the number of electric vehicles in Shaanxi Province has broken through 60000, among which there are more than 5000 electric buses, more than 500 electric taxis, more than 3000 electric network vehicles, more than 2000 electric logistics vehicles, 82 charging stations have been built in the "meter" shaped expressway service area in Shaanxi Province, covering 80% of the province's high-speed service area. It is estimated that the charging capacity of electric vehicles will reach 200 million kwh in 2019. Improving the quality of people's daily life
Since 2018, Shaanxi Province has taken household meter transformation as a detailed practice of implementing the concept of "people-centered" development, as a key livelihood project to promote the "coal to electricity" and clean heating operation. For this reason, State Grid Shaanxi electric power actively promoted the household meter transformation project for the benefit of the people, which completed the household meter transformation mission of 2.35 million households in 7244 communities in less than two years. As of July 31, 2019, Shaanxi Electric Power Co., Ltd. of State Grid has completed the on-site meter changing operation for 1388900 households in 4077 communities. State Grid Hanzhong Power Supply Company and State Grid Huangling power supply branch and other 12 district and county companies have completed the transformation mission of all household meters.
