We have received your request for approval of 2 × unit feed in tariff of Inner Mongolia Helin Power Generation Co., Ltd. (HFGF [2019] No. 610). After research, the reply is as follows:
According to the notice of the development and Reform Commission of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region on matters related to the reasonable adjustment of electricity price structure (nfgjz [2017] No. 954), the on grid electricity price (including tax) of 2 × unit (660MW) of Inner Mongolia Helin Power Generation Co., Ltd. shall be executed as 0.2559 yuan per kilowatt hour since the unit is put into commercial operation, and the environmental protection facilities shall be installed After the acceptance is qualified, the corresponding environmental protection electricity price will be increased. The on grid price during the commissioning and operation period shall be 0.22632 yuan per kWh.
