The reporter learned from the Beijing Development and Reform Commission that on February 28, the first 110kV transmission and transformation project, the supporting power grid project for the 2022 Winter Olympic Games, was officially resumed. Up to now, eight power projects, including the 110kV transmission and transformation project of Shouti and the West Extension thermal pipeline project of Fushi Road, have been resumed; it is estimated that by the end of March, all 11 projects listed in the first quarter plan are expected to be fully resumed. We will speed up the scheduling of projects in the second quarter. In the near future, 20 projects will be successfully resumed, and the 110kV uphill power transmission and transformation project will be started in early April.
According to reports, the supporting project site resident 53 people, all personnel in and out must be real name registration and temperature detection. The workers enter the site orderly in batches every day. At this stage, there are mainly two shifts. Slope protection construction is carried out in the daytime, earthwork excavation and transportation and absorption are carried out in the evening. It is estimated that the project will be put into production before the end of the year. After the completion of the project, it will serve as the power supply support for the capital gymnasium competition area during the 2022 Winter Olympic Games, and undertake the important mission of power supply for the short track speed skating, figure skating events and training venues of the Winter Olympic Games. The person in charge said that this year is the crucial year of the "Beijing cycle" of the Winter Olympic Games and the end of the 13th five year plan.
