On March 25, the province's new power generation reached 195 million kwh, and the goal of new power generation reached a new high.
In recent years, through continuous improvement of grid grid construction, increasing supply and marketing by tapping potential inside, increasing delivery and expanding shopping malls outside the province, pushing forward the construction of shopping malls, paving the way for the transformation of power resource advantage to economic advantage, the pace of building clean and efficient power system in the Province is accelerating.
Set up a "high-speed road" for new power transmission
"Accelerating the construction of a strong smart grid and promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the power and electric power industry in our province are the top priorities for promoting the rise of green development in our province." On March 26, at a press conference held by State Grid Gansu Electric Power Company, Zhao Huali, director of the company's publicity department, said that although the installed power supply in our province is at the middle level of the country, the power load is only about 20% of that in Shandong, Jiangsu and other developed provinces.
Therefore, the implementation of the "going out" strategy, the adherence to "open development" and the maximum expansion of shopping malls outside the province are the objective requirements and basic outlet for the sustainable and healthy development of the power and power industry in our province.
In order to solve the problem of lack of consumption, UHV transmission technology with long transmission distance, large capacity, high security and good economy plays an important role in the distribution of power resources, which is called "high-speed road" for power transmission.
In 2018, Jiuhu project, the first ultra-high voltage direct current project for long-distance transmission of new power electric power in China, was completed and put into operation. Qilian converter station, as the terminal station of the project, has transported 47.1 billion kwh of clean power so far, which effectively alleviates the situation of new power limitation in Hexi region.
In 2019, the 750 kV third circuit strengthening project of Hexi corridor will be completed and put into operation, and the separation of clean power from the east to the West will be increased to more than 8.5 million kilowatts and 6 million kilowatts.
Last year, our province and Shandong Province signed the agreement on strategic cooperation structure of Gansu Provincial People's government and Shandong Provincial People's Government jointly promoting Longdong Shandong UHVDC project. This is another large power transmission channel built after Jiuhu UHV DC project. The project will bundle new power of Longdong coal power, wind power and photovoltaic power and send them to Shandong, which will provide important support for the transformation from a power province to a power province. Together, it is of great significance to promote the optimization and adjustment of Shandong's power structure and alleviate Shandong's air pollution.
More and more "friends circle" sent by Gansu Electric Power
Since the 13th five year plan, the province has delivered 110.6 billion kilowatt hours of electricity, which has doubled in two aspects. That is to say, in 2019, the external power transmission will reach 42.2 billion kwh, twice of that in 2017, and in 2020, the planned external power transmission will reach 52 billion kwh, twice of that in the strategic cooperation structure agreement between Gansu provincial government and the State Grid.
This is the strong evidence of the increasingly wide "circle of friends" sent by Gansu Electric Power.
In recent years, State Grid Gansu Electric Power Co., Ltd. has made every effort to expand the external power transmission market, innovate the types of business, adhere to the new power and conventional power to bundle the external power transmission, strengthen the strategic power cooperation with relevant provinces, and continuously expand the external power transmission planning. In 2018, Gansu's clean electricity was first delivered to Guangdong and entered the southern power grid; in 2019, when it was first delivered to Beijing, the province's electricity delivered to other provinces has reached 42.2 billion kwh, an increase of 30% year-on-year, with 20 provinces and cities, ranking second in the country.
Actively "going out" to find business opportunities, but also can not forget to practice "internal skill". In order to tap the potential, our province optimized the consumption method, promoted the flexibility transformation of thermal power enterprises through auxiliary service malls, and dug in the ability of peak load regulation of thermal power. The northwest regional malls added 2.6 billion kwh of new power, and carried out the trading of 5.58 billion kwh of power generation right replacement of self provided power plants and new power.
To solve the problem of lack of absorption
Gansu's new power is developing rapidly with the expansion of outward transportation and the potential of inward excavation. In 2019, the province's new power generation capacity is 35.2 billion kwh, an increase of 6.86% year-on-year; the new power consumption rate is 9.95% higher than that of the previous year.
Does this mean that the contradiction between supply and demand of new power and the problem of operation and consumption have been solved thoroughly?
The answer is No.
"Due to the randomness, volatility and intermittence of new power generation, the main opposition of new power consumption is that the planning of power consumption in this province is too small and peak load regulation ability is not enough." Chen Zhenhuan, director of the dispatching center of State Grid Gansu Electric Power Company, said frankly.
But there are more ways than difficulties. According to reports, State Grid Gansu Electric Power Company will continue to rely on the advantages of large power grid, optimize the transmission curve, and promote new power consumption across provinces and regions across the country. In 2020, we will strive to complete 52 billion kilowatt hours of external power supply; continue to expand the purchase and sale plan of new power and self provided power plant power generation rights. In 2020, the annual purchase and sale plan of new power will not be less than 9.2 billion kilowatt hours, during which the purchase and sale of new power will not be less than 6.9 billion kilowatt hours. Together, we will carry out the construction of auxiliary shopping malls for side peak regulation of provincial demand, develop the ability of load side peak regulation, promote the resumption of production and increase the ability of peak regulation It can reach 750000 kilowatts; it is necessary to deeply tap the ability of peak regulation in the grid, carry out refined dispatching of hydropower, make full use of staggered Peak Conditioning of cascade power stations, and improve the ability of peak regulation to 800000 kilowatts; promote the flexibility of thermal power enterprises and thermal power decoupling transformation, and increase the ability of peak regulation to 400000 kilowatts.
It is reported that after a series of powerful measures, State Grid Gansu Electric Power Company is expected to achieve a new power utilization rate of more than 94% in 2020.
