The project to be cancelled is the second phase project of Huaneng Chaohu Power Plant, with the construction content of two 660000kw ultra supercritical coal-fired generating units. The construction site is Chaohu City, Hefei City, and the main investor is China Huaneng Group Corporation.
The proposed alternative project is the Huainan Panji power plant project, with the construction content of two 660000kw ultra supercritical coal-fired generating units. The construction site is Panji District, Huainan City, and the main investor is Huaihe energy holding company.
