1. Infrared thermal imaging detection

Infrared thermal imaging detection is a very important and necessary test in substation detection. Imported infrared thermal imaging equipment is usually used to detect various transformers, fittings, insulators, etc. inside substations., Mark and recheck imaging equipment with abnormal high temperatures to confirm if there are any discharge or other faults. Generally, testing is carried out according to the DL/T664-2016 standard. The testing cycle is every six months to one year after being put into operation.

2. There is a type of dissolved gas analysis detection

This testing project shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of QJGDW168-2008, and testing shall be conducted once a year for 110kV and below; Test 220kV every six months; 330kV and above, tested every 3 months;

3. High frequency partial discharge test

Conduct high-frequency partial discharge testing every 1-2 years. The testing should be strictly carried out in accordance with the standards of QGDW1168 and GB/T16927.1/2/3, and the tested equipment should be tested in strict accordance with the requirements of the testing environment. During the inspection, the tested equipment should be in running condition, the equipment casing should be clean and free from icing, and the terminal screen of the tested equipment should be well grounded without any risk of open circuit. There is no need to perform external operations on the equipment and analyze the test results. If the test results show a typical partial discharge test mode, it indicates that the equipment has obvious defects and should be maintained or replaced; If the images of similar equipment tested under the same conditions are significantly different, it indicates the status of the equipment. If abnormal, it should be re inspected and maintained; If there is no typical discharge mode, the device is in a normal state.

4. Measurement of grounding current of iron core

If it is suspected that the iron core is grounded at multiple points, the iron core grounding current should be measured, and the measurement result is less than 10OmA as the standard; The above testing items mainly focus on the performance testing of substation equipment, while other routine testing items such as appearance status testing and lightning arrester testing are also included.
