Routine operation and product characteristics of SF6 micro water tester

The SF6 micro water tester, also known as the SF6 dew point tester, is mainly used to accurately detect gas humidity and can quickly detect the accuracy of hydrogen humidity in the SF6 switch gas humidity box hydrogen production station and hydrogen cooled generator in the substation. When using this testing equipment, we must strictly follow the operating procedures. Today, we will briefly introduce the operation and usage of this micro water detection equipment.

1. Wiring method:

Connect the power cord of the testing instrument, with one end of the air outlet and intake pipe connected to the instrument's air outlet and inlet respectively, and the other end placed outdoors and connected to the outlet valve of the steel cylinder.

2. Leak detection method:

Prepare soapy water or other cleaning solution and apply it to the valve of the steel cylinder to check if there is any air leakage in the valve device. If bubbles and bulges are found, it indicates that there is an air leakage situation. We need to check in advance whether the intake pipe or air valve can be in good condition.

3. Operation usage:

Open the cylinder valve and power switch of the handheld SF6 measuring instrument in sequence, and then enter the main interface to select the required measurement options. Press the OK button to start automatic calibration for 5 minutes. After the calibration is completed, start the measurement work.

4. Parameter settings:

Adjust the flow valve to ensure that the flow rate is within the standard range. Observe whether the PPM value is in a stable state. If the test tube displays stability, complete the test. If multiple measurements have been made, the current data can be saved by pressing the F1 key on the dashboard, and the data code can be set by pressing OK. Then return to the main interface and enter the historical data query, where you can see all the saved measurement results.

It can be connected to the PC serial port for data transmission.

8. Built-in power supply

Equipped with a built-in 4Ah rechargeable lithium battery, it can work continuously for 10 hours when fully charged at once.
