② Personal protection: Staff should wear insulated gloves and boots to avoid electric shock accidents. Avoid contact with high-voltage equipment to reduce the risk of electric shock.
2. Equipment inspection and preparation
① Transformer inspection: Check the appearance of the transformer to ensure that there is no damage or defect. Use a multimeter to test the insulation resistance of the transformer to ensure safety and reliability. ① Disconnect the power supply: First, disconnect the relays of the power supply and transformer to ensure the safety of the operation.
② Correct connection: Connect the testing device correctly to the input and output terminals of the transformer.
③ Operating standards:
a、 Select the operating current of the calibrator based on the secondary current of the tested transformer.
b、 The mechanical calibrator needs to select the magnification gear according to the size of the tested transformer level, while the fully automatic transformer calibrator will automatically select the gear according to the tested transformer level.
c、 Before operation, it is necessary to check the gear of the calibrator and select the current gear.
d、 If the polarity indicator of the calibrator is found to be activated during the experiment, the voltage regulator should be immediately lowered to zero, and then the power supply should be disconnected for inspection.
