The transformer partial discharge induction withstand voltage test system consists of a non partial discharge variable frequency power supply, a non partial discharge excitation transformer, a non partial discharge compensation reactor, a non partial discharge voltage divider (including a peak voltage meter), and a partial discharge tester. Non partial discharge variable frequency power supply can be used for AC withstand voltage testing and partial discharge testing of all electrical equipment. Using an excitation transformer to excite a series or parallel resonant circuit, by adjusting the output frequency of the variable frequency power supply, the reactor inductance L and the sample capacitance C in the circuit resonate, and the resonant voltage is the voltage applied to the sample. Or directly output to the primary of the transformer through an intermediate transformer for induction withstand voltage testing.

The non partial discharge variable frequency power supply is the main component of the complete testing system, which is suitable for:

① Induction withstand voltage and partial discharge test of power transformers

② AC withstand voltage and partial discharge test for transformers, etc

1. System features

① The equivalence of the experiment is good. The output of this device is a sine wave with low waveform distortion. The waveform distortion rate is less than 3%, which is different from other types of variable frequency power supply devices (other types of variable frequency power supply devices output square waves, which are shaped into sine waves). So, during the testing process, this device does not need to measure peak values.

② By using fiber optic control, the high and low voltage control circuits are completely isolated.
