Five-tier Architecture of Digital + Energy Ecology
Comparing with the consumer Internet, the future energy industry Internet is also a five-tier structure, which is built from bottom to top.
The first layer is the narrow ubiquitous Association of things, which corresponds to smartphones in the Internet industry. Without the popularity of large-screen touch smartphones, the consumer-side Internet is very difficult to develop. Note that the premise here is "big screen touch smartphones", rather than the so-called "smartphones" of Nokia and HTC era, because it is a completely closed smart circle, unable to support the development of the mobile Internet (Apple IOS is a closed ecosystem at the bottom, but open at the application level). At present, in the field of Internet in energy industry, we have not seen an open application ecosystem comparable to Android and IOS (cooperation between China National Grid and Huawei in ubiquitous distribution network terminals is a little interesting, but it is totally out of date). If we say that the vehicle terminal has become an indispensable place for the soldier of the vehicle network, the real open ubiquitous intelligent terminal in the future is the first strategic point of the energy internet, I do not think Internet enterprises have no idea about this. As for the smart terminals or cabinets of traditional equipment manufacturers, the biggest problem is actually the same as Nokia - completely closed data and applications, unable to build an upper level of open ecology.
The second layer is the platform layer, including the ITU platform (Internet platform), data station, business platform, 4G/5G and so on. At the platform level, there is a clear cross-border trend. The third layer is customer-side service, which is integrated life service in the field of Internet. In the future, with the improvement of energy marketization, the specialization of offline services is one of the trends. The second blank is that all these offline service needs, whether customer self-satisfaction or third-party outsourcing satisfaction, are now almost empty links to the online, which is what Internet companies have spent nearly 20 years to achieve. And this has become a competitive place for Internet platforms - whose ecology is richer, who is more attractive to upstream and downstream.
