1. Inspection of iron core and clamp
The core of the transformer shall have sufficient mechanical strength. The mechanical strength of the iron core is guaranteed by the strength of all clamping parts on the iron core and their connecting parts. When the winding generates electric power, the axial force of the winding will be offset by the reaction force of the clamp. If the strength of the clamp and the pull plate is less than the axial force, the clamp, the pull plate and the winding will be damaged. Therefore, Huaying power recommends that you carefully check the condition of iron core, clamp, pull plate and its connecting parts.
(1) check whether the yoke chip on the iron core moves up and down.
(2) measure the insulation resistance between the threaded rod and the iron core, check whether the outer sleeve of the threaded rod is damaged, and check whether the pull plate and the connecting parts of the pull plate are damaged.
(3) when the transformer is short circuited, there may be displacement between the pressing plate and the clamp, so that the grounding connection piece of the iron yoke on the pressing plate and the pressing nail is broken or the over-current is burnt. Therefore, for the winding pressing plate, besides the damage of the pressing nail and pressing plate, it is also necessary to check whether the grounding connection between the winding and the pressing nail and the upper iron yoke is reliable.
2. Analysis of transformer oil and gas
A large amount of gas may accumulate in the gas relay after the transformer suffers short-circuit shock. Therefore, the gas in the gas relay and the oil in the transformer can be taken for analysis after the transformer accident, so the nature of the accident can be judged.
