Test preparation:
1. Check the appearance of all parts of the instrument, and carry out the next step only when there is no damage, deformation, pollution or water stain;
2. Turn on the power switch, observe the voltage value and the percentage of residual power of each part of the battery in the LCD screen to see whether the battery power is sufficient;
3. Check whether the operation of insulating rod is normal, whether the function of locking part of each rod is normal, whether it can be locked and relaxed flexibly, and use it only after all items are normal.
Test steps:
1. Connect the low-pressure clamp meter with the host machine, and pay attention to the locking of the interface to prevent open circuit;
2. Connect the host antenna to ensure the good quality of wireless communication (if the distance between the high and low voltage measured points is very close and there is no obstacle, the antenna can not be connected);
3. Turn on the power of the host and select to enter the "transformation ratio measurement" function screen;
4. Clamp the low-voltage clamp meter on any one of the wires at the secondary side of the tested transformer, so that the current flows in from the direction marked by the clamp meter at the inflow end, and pay attention to the good closing of the clamp mouth; at this time, the LCD screen of the host can display the amplitude of the secondary current;
4. Connect the high-voltage clamp meter with the insulating rod, adjust the length of the insulating rod according to the height of the tested line, and ensure that the connection of each rod is locked;
5. Push the insulating rod upward and clamp the high-voltage clamp meter on the primary side conductor of the tested transformer. Pay attention to the inflow direction of current and the good closing of the clamp;
6. Read the test results of the host;
7. Pull down the insulating rod to separate the high-voltage clamp meter from the tested line. The action should be gentle and do not pull hard to prevent the mechanical structure from being damaged;
8. Put up the insulating rod, turn off the power supply of the high-voltage clamp meter, and remove it from the insulating rod;
9. Remove the low-pressure clamp from the secondary line, and then remove the low-pressure clamp from the main machine;
9. Turn off the power of the host and remove the antenna;
10. All accessories shall be received into the packing box and tested.
