Zc-320 leakage protector tester (also called leakage protector calibrator) is mainly used to test the leakage action current, leakage non action current and leakage action time of leakage protector, which is suitable for most electric power work. First, disconnect the load lead of the leakage protector to prevent damage to the electrical appliances on the load side.
1. Press the red button at the top right of "on / off" to turn on the working power of the instrument, the 15mA red indicator light at the top left will be on, and the LCD screen at the top will display manual 000ms (Note: manual = manual).
2. Check the rated value on the nameplate of the tested leakage switch (the rated action current of the general indoor single-phase two-wire leakage protector = 30mA, the rated non action current = 15mA, and the breaking time ≤ 0.1s (i.e. ≤ 100ms).
3. Press the "shift" button, a row of 10 red indicator lights on the left side of the vertical line will turn on from top to bottom, and turn to the 30mA gear as above, i.e. the corresponding red light will flash.
4. Insert the red plug of the test meter bar into the red seat of the "test line" and the black plug into the black seat of the "ground line". The other end of the black plug line is the black alligator clamp, which is clamped to the zero line (single phase) or the central line (three-phase four wire) or the ground line pile (three-phase three wire) on the pile head of the tested leakage protector.
5. Touch the probe at the other end of the red plug wire of the test meter bar to the live wire (220V) or phase wire (three-phase leakage protection) corresponding to the lower pile head of the leakage protector. At this time, the normal leakage protector will trip and break. At this time, the LCD screen at the top will display "manual xxxms" (Note: manual = manual, XXX is the breaking time value of the leakage protector under test). If not, the LCD screen "Manual fauat (fauat = failure)" will be displayed
6. Check whether the measured data conforms to the value specified on the nameplate.
7. Press the "reset" green button, the instrument data will return to zero, enter the original state of power on, and prepare for the next test. If continuous test is required, repeat the above 1-7 items.
