Zc-205a DC resistance tester of our company adopts new power technology, which has the characteristics of small volume, light weight and large output current. The whole instrument is controlled by single-chip microcomputer, which can automatically complete self inspection, data processing, display and other functions, with automatic discharge and discharge indication functions.
The instrument has the advantages of high accuracy, simple operation and fast measurement of direct resistance of transformer. Its test method is as follows:

When using, after selecting the channel, the interface as shown in Figure 1-0 will be displayed. Press the test key to start the test, and the display will indicate the charging current value and prompt "charging ", the system clock start timing shows the time from charging to testing, and the full hour starts timing from zero, which does not affect the testing process. When the current is stable, the display shows the test current used, and prompts "testing is in progress ", after that, the interface of single channel is as shown in Figure 1-1, and the interface of three channels is as shown in Figure 1-2. Observe that the test current value and resistance value are stable, and the DC resistance tester tests continuously.

(1) "Retest" function, as shown in Figure 1-1 and Figure 1-2, at this time, press "retest" function key to retest, but the current remains unchanged. This function can clear the old data in the internal buffer and re measure the new data, so as to achieve the stability of the available data as soon as possible.
(2) The "conversion" function is displayed as shown in Fig. 1-1 and Fig. 1-2. Press the "conversion" function key to display as shown in Fig. 1-3. Input the current temperature of the tested object from - 99.9 ℃ to 199.9 ℃, and press the "return" key to return to the test interface. The test interface will display the oil temperature of the tested object and the resistance value converted to 75 ℃, The "conversion" function key changes to "Cancel". Press the "Cancel" function key to cancel the conversion function and return to Figure 1-1 and Figure 1-2. The switch between "conversion" and "Cancel" does not affect the test process.

(3) After the "print" function is displayed as shown in Figure 1-1 and Figure 1-2, press the "print" function key to display the prompt: "Edit? "Select" no "to print the display data" and "return to the previous test interface". Select "yes" to display as shown in Figure 1-4. Input the winding, phase and tap correctly, and then press the "return" key to display the prompt: "Edit? "Select" no "to print the display data" and "return to the previous test interface". Select Yes to edit again. If there is oil temperature input, the conversion result will be printed. Note that "phase difference" cannot be entered under three channel test.

(4) After the "save" function of the DC resistance tester is displayed as shown in Fig. 1-1 and Fig. 1-2, press the "save" function key to save the measured data and the time of test saving. If there is oil temperature input, the conversion result will be saved. After saving, it will display "save completed! "Then return to the previous interface. The saved data can be viewed through the "access" function key in the main interface of power on.
