Transformer Ratio Tester

The ZC-203B-ii multifunctional variable ratio tester is a new generation intelligent product independently developed by our company. The instrument uses an ARM processor and is easy to operate. The instrument has exquisite circuit design, superior performance, powerful functions, small size, and light weight. Internally, a programmable signal source is used, which can output single-phase, two-phase, or three-phase standard sine wave signals or high-frequency signals. The output phase frequency can be adjusted arbitrarily. The three-phase transformer ratio can be measured without adjusting the balance of the three-phase power supply, and the measurement accuracy can be guaranteed. Therefore, the testing speed is fast, and the transformer ratio and wiring method can be measured in about 3 seconds.

2. The number and polarity of transformer connection group can be measured.  And display a secondary wiring vector diagram, intuitive, the instrument has self-calibration function, according to the results of self-calibration can distinguish test line or instrument failure.
