DC resistance tester

The measurement of DC resistance is a necessary test item for semi-finished and finished products in the manufacturing of inductive coils such as transformers, transformers, reactors, and electromagnetic operating mechanisms, as well as for factory testing, installation, handover testing, and preventive testing by the power department. It can effectively detect manufacturing defects such as material selection, welding, loose connection parts, missing strands, and broken wires in the inductive coils, as well as hidden dangers that exist after operation. Under normal circumstances, measuring the DC resistance of transformer windings and high-power inductive equipment using traditional methods (bridge method) is a time-consuming and labor-intensive task. In order to change this situation, shorten measurement time, and reduce the workload of testing personnel, our company has developed a DC resistance rapid tester.

This instrument adopts a new power supply technology, which has the characteristics of small size, light weight, wide testing range, strong anti-interference ability, complete protection functions, and large screen color LCD display. The entire machine is controlled by a microcontroller, which automatically completes self inspection and data processing, and has automatic discharge and discharge indication functions. The instrument has high testing accuracy, simple operation, and can achieve rapid measurement of direct resistance.

1. The instrument provides 7 output current options, with a maximum current of 40A and a minimum current of<5mA, suitable for measuring DC resistance of more types of transformers and transformers.
