Portable Oil Particle Counter

The portable Lubricant Oil Particle Counter adopts the counting principle of light blocking (shading) method specified by the International Hydraulic Standards Committee, and is specially used for the rapid detection device of oil pollution level on site. It has the advantages of small size, light weight, fast detection speed, high accuracy and good repeatability, and can work under high temperature and high pressure and other harsh conditions. Built-in micro-water sensor and temperature sensor can detect water content and oil temperature at the same time of pollution detection. It is applicable to transformer oil (i.e. insulating oil), hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, synthetic oil and other fluids, and can be widely used in aerospace, petrochemical, transportation and port, iron and steel metallurgy, automobile manufacturing and other fields.

Adopting the principle of light blocking (shading) method, using high-precision laser sensor, small size, high accuracy and stable performance. It is suitable for laboratory or field testing, and can also be equipped with a pressure reducing device for online high-pressure measurement, real-time monitoring of particle contamination in the oil system.
