The circuit resistance tester, also known as the micro ohmmeter or contact resistance tester, is a specialized instrument developed by our company to measure the contact resistance of various high-voltage switches, high-voltage circuit breakers, metal welding component connection resistance, metal conductor circuit resistance, and precision micro ohm resistance.
This instrument is based on a high-speed microcontroller, combined with high-precision A/D converters, digital measurement technology, anti power frequency interference technology, and advanced programmable current source technology. It generates ripple free DC current from the built-in large capacity rechargeable lithium battery, with a maximum output of 220A. The output current can be finely adjusted every 2.5A step, with up to 87 current levels, meeting the requirements of multi current level testing; At the same time, it can set the time (10s, 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s) to continuously output high current testing, which can achieve high-precision, high stability, and high intelligence testing in strong interference environments; In terms of circuit design, it has functions such as open circuit protection and overheat protection.
