Multi-Function Detector (acoustic wave + partial discharge + infrared function) uses microphone array technology to collect acoustic wave data, combined with high-definition camera to realize the positioning of acoustic wave. The sound wave distribution data is obtained after analyzing the sound wave positioning technology by beamforming, and then the sound wave distribution data is fused with the video to generate the sound-image cloud image and displayed dynamically on the display screen.

The multi-function PD collector - WiFi version integrates two sensors: ultrasonic and geoelectric waves. It can be used for the detection and evaluation of the insulation state of the switchgear in operation. Connected with the test of contact ultrasonic, UHF, high-frequency transformer and concentrator and other sensors, it can be used for partial discharge detection of transformers, GIS, cables, overhead lines and other equipment in operation.

This product can be widely used in partial discharge(PD) detection of power systems, including insulation status detection of high-voltage switchgear, ring main unit, voltage/current transformers, transformers (including dry-type transformers), GIS, overhead lines, cables and other device.

The discharge degree of electrical device is measured by the following indicators:

PD intensity detection: By measuring the discharge signal within a power frequency period, the intensity of PD is characterized according to the maximum value (dB) of the discharge pulse sequence.

PD frequency detection: By measuring the discharge signal in a power frequency cycle, the discharge pulse is extracted and the frequency of PD is characterized according to the number of discharge pulses.

The infrared thermal imager can convert the part of infrared radiation invisible to the naked eye on the surface of the object into a visible image, and the infrared thermal imaging is not affected by visible light, and has the advantages of non-contact temperature measurement, smoke and fog, etc., which is very suitable for temperature detection of electrical equipment.

1.Once a gas leak occurs, the acoustic imaging module can sense the ultrasonic/acoustic waves generated when the gas leaks, so as to locate the location of the leak and give an alarm.
