Lighting Impulse Test Device

This set of equipment is mainly designed to meet the lightning full wave and steep wave waveform tests of electrical equipment such as power insulators.The basic configuration of the equipment includes a charging device, an impulse voltage generator body, a weak damping capacitor voltage divider, a steep wave device, a fast resistor voltage divider, and other control and measurement devices.

The ZCCJ-800kV/80kJ impulse voltage generator adopts a four column H structure, with a steel bracket consisting of a single flange and a parallel external single capacitor, forming a stable structure consisting of one stage. The main equipment is of 8 levels, forming a combined tower structure, with each level stacked step by step for easy disassembly and maintenance, and the overall structure is stable.

The impact digital acquisition and measurement system software has the following functions and features:

1.The software opens different windows based on different operations, making it easy to operate;

2.The simple automatic setting function of the oscilloscope provides convenience for ordinary users;

3.Can obtain and save various transient waveforms from high-voltage impact tests (and other similar tests), and can compress, expand, and move waveforms freely in the waveform display window;

4.It can measure the main parameters of various waveforms such as lightning full wave, lightning cutoff wave, steep wave, operation wave, transformer operation wave, residual voltage wave of lightning protection devices, impulse current square wave, impulse current index wave, and transformer damage waveform, such as peak voltage/current, wave head time, wave tail time, cutoff time, rise/fall time, 10% (or 90%) pulse width, anti peak coefficient, etc., and pass the assessment of IEC1083-2;

5.The waveform formation chart function can convert the waveform displayed in the current waveform display window into a JPG format graphic file;

6.Dual time base function;

7.Polarity automatic switching function;

8.The waveform annotation function can insert user annotations on the waveform data and graphics.

9.The test recording function can automatically generate test records while the user saves the waveform.

10.The printing function of the software can directly send the waveform displayed in the waveform window to the printer for printing.
