Fully automatic current transformer calibration device

The ZCHG-10T fully automatic transformer calibration device is a new generation transformer calibration device developed by our company to adapt to the fast and accurate characteristics of modern transformer calibration. The device consists of several parts, including ZC-103 intelligent transformer calibrator, ZC-113B current load box, ZCHG-10T transformer automatic calibration device, ZZJST high-speed transformer testing bench, and computer. The operator can set the main parameters of the tested transformer type, range, accuracy level, secondary load, power factor, and tested transformer position through the transformer error verification management software on the computer. Through RS485 transmission and control, the measurement of 10 current transformers with the same transformation ratio can be completed with one current boost, greatly improving work efficiency.
