  • Product Features

1.The system has protection functions such as over-voltage, over-current, zero-position start, system detuning (flash), etc. The over-voltage and over-current protection value can be set according to the user’s needs .The flash protection action of the test product can be recorded when the flash occurs that can provide experimental analysis.

2.The whole system is very light in weight, easy to use on site.

3.The device has three working modes: automatic mode, manual mode, automatic tuning manual boost mode; It is convenient for users to choose flexibly according to the site conditions to improve the test speed.

4.It can store and print data in different places. The number of data stored is digital, which is convenient for users to identify and search.

5.When the device sweeps automatically ,the frequency starting point can be set arbitrarily within the specified range .The directions of the sweep can be selected up and down. At the same time the LCD screen displays the scanning curve, which is convenient for the user to understand intuitively if the resonant point is found.

6.The DSP platform technology can increase or decrease functions and upgrade according to user needs . The man-machine exchange interface is more humanized.

7.The required power capacity is greatly reduced. Series resonant power supply is the use of resonant reactor and the subject capacitance resonance to produce high voltage and high current, in the whole system, the power supply only needs to provide the active power consumption of the system, so the power supply required by the test is only 1/Q of the test capacity.

8.The weight and volume of the equipment are greatly reduced. In the series resonance device, the heavy high-power voltage regulating device and the ordinary high-power power frequency test transformer are eliminated, and the resonant magnetic power supply only needs 1 / Q of the test capacity, so that the system weight and volume are greatly reduced, generally 1 / 10-1 / 30 of the ordinary test device.

9.It can improve effectively the output voltage waveform . Resonant power supply is a resonant filter circuit, which can improve the waveform distortion of the output voltage to obtain a very good sinusoidal waveform .It can  prevent effectively the harmonic peak misbreakdown of the test product.

10.Prevent large short circuit current burn fault point. In the series resonance state, when the insulation weakness of the test product is broken, the circuit immediately deharmonic, the circuit current quickly drops to 1 / Q of the normal test current, and the parallel resonance or test transformer, the breakdown current immediately rises tens of dozens of times. Compared with traditional way, the short circuit current and the breakdown current differ by hundreds of times. Series resonance can effectively find the insulation weakness, and there is no large short circuit current burn fault point trouble.

11.There will not be any recovery over-voltage. The test breakdown occurs, due to loss of resonance conditions , high voltage also immediately disappear , arc immediately put out, and restore the voltage establishment process is very long. it is easy to disconnect the power supply before reaching flash voltage again, .The voltage of the recovery process is a kind of intermittent oscillation process of energy accumulation, the process is long, and there will not be any recovery over-voltage.
