        ZCVF-A series frequency conversion series resonant AC withstand voltage device is suitable for AC withstand voltage test of transformer, circuit breaker, switch, GIS system, cable, bushing, insulator and other equipment. It has the functions of high voltage over-voltage protection, low voltage over-current protection, detuning protection, zero position protection, flashover protection, emergency shutdown, under-voltage protection and so on. It not only meets the requirements of equipment test conditions for high voltage and small current, but also meets the requirements of equipment test conditions for low voltage and large current, and has a wide application range.

  • Product Features
    1. The required power supply capacity is greatly reduced, and the power required for the test is only 1/Q of the test capacity.
    2. Small size, light weight, generally 1/3-1/5 of the ordinary test device;
    3. The resonant power supply is a resonant filter circuit, which can improve the waveform distortion of output voltage, obtain good sinusoidal waveform, and effectively prevent the wrong breakdown of the sample by harmonic peak value.
    4. Variable-frequency power supply has strong protection function and good stability. It has automatic (automatic tuning, automatic boosting), full manual (manual tuning, manual boosting) and semi-automatic (automatic tuning, manual boosting and manual tuning, automatic boosting) working modes, which can be switched over and used arbitrarily and operated conveniently. 220V or 380V single-phase power supply is used to facilitate on-site power access.
    5. Flexible configuration, strong expansion function. The resonant reactor adopts multi-mode, building block combination, can be series and parallel, which meets the test requirements of a variety of samples and is more convenient for field use.
    6. Large screen touch LED LCD color screen and external mouse directly complete the setting of various parameters. The test results can be saved, printed, uploaded, retrieved and so on.
