At 00:16 on December 25, 2019, unit 2 of Hainan Changjiang nuclear power plant was disconnected from Hainan power grid, marking the official start of overhaul 203.
The planned duration of this overhaul is 35 days, with 15 key path milestones set, and the total number of projects is about 7000. As the third overhaul of Hainan nuclear power unit 2, outage 203 is not only the end of 2019, but also the beginning of 2020. The company attaches great importance to the organization and management, overhaul plan, overhaul project, working document preparation, resource allocation, contract negotiation, contractor handling and site implementation. From the completion of overhaul 202 on January 5, 2019 to the beginning of overhaul 203 on December 25, 2019, unit 2 has a total of 354 days of safe and stable operation, with a total cycle power generation capacity of 5.033 billion kwh, exceeding the original plan (4.341 billion KWH) of 692 million kwh. During major activities such as the "two sessions", "Boao Forum" and "the 70th anniversary of the founding of new China", unit 2 has a stable operation, effectively ensuring the power of Hainan Province Supply.
