On January 17, China Huaneng Group Co., Ltd. and industrial and Commercial Bank of China Co., Ltd. signed the cooperation agreement on equity contribution fund of Huaneng Industrial and Commercial Bank of China clean power at the headquarters of the group company. Wang Yihua, member of the Party group and chief accountant of the group company, and Hu Hao, member of the Party committee and vice president of ICBC attended the signing ceremony.
According to the agreement, the group company cooperates with ICBC to establish a clean power equity investment fund with a total scale of 10 billion yuan, and Huaneng Jingshun Ross Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. is the fund manager. Based on the principles of voluntariness, equality, fairness and good faith, the two sides will carry out capital contribution in the scope of equity contribution of clean power, deepen cooperation and realize resource sharing and complementary advantages.
Before signing the contract, the two sides conducted in-depth communication on further strengthening cooperation in financing, industry finance integration and other areas.
