On March 1, the 500kV Line Project of Shandong Guanting Weifang extra high voltage substation, which was jointly built by Xiamen Branch of China energy security Second Engineering Bureau, was officially resumed. Shandong Guanting (Gaomi) - Weifang UHV 500kV Line project starts from Guanting (Gaomi) 500kV substation and ends at Weifang 1000kV high voltage station. It is one of the four key 500kV and above power transmission and transformation projects in Weifang during the 13th Five Year Plan period.
The construction of the project will further strengthen and optimize the structure of Weifang Power Grid, satisfy the increasing demand of power load of Gaomi, Weifang and the west of Qingdao, further strengthen the connection between Qingdao Power Grid and Shandong main network, and improve the safety and stability of system operation. China anergy Second Engineering Bureau has undertaken the construction task of the line from Zhucheng to Changle. The line passes through Zhucheng, Anqiu and three counties and cities of Changle, with a total length of 51.2km. The lines are built according to the same tower double circuit, with 122 new towers, 22 tension towers and 100 linear towers.
The project is estimated to be completed in April 2021. The project department conscientiously implemented the guiding spirit of the Engineering Bureau in promoting the epidemic prevention and control and resumption of production as a whole. Through the "three steps" of clear policy, innovation mechanism and implementation of policy, the project department achieved the same research, judgment and matching of the epidemic situation map and resumption of production map, promoted the resumption of production of the project at full speed, and handed over a qualified answer sheet. It is difficult to return to work through multiple channels.
The staff of the project department come from all parts of the country and may face the risk of infection on the way back. The project department formulates the return plan, actively connects with the leading group of Weifang epidemic prevention and control, Anqiu municipal government and Anqiu electric power company, timely reports the situation and schedule of the return personnel, inquires about the local traffic situation, arranges special personnel to arrange the return personnel to return to the project department in order to reduce the risk of contact 。 It is required to make clear the precautions on the way back together, require the returning personnel to wear medical masks throughout the journey, pay attention to the health status of the surrounding passengers, keep away from other passengers (at least 1 meter), and properly keep the tickets such as air tickets and train tickets, so as to cooperate with the relevant close contacts for investigation.
Through a series of preventive measures, up to now, the safe return personnel of the project department has reached 40, and the return rate has reached 91%. The subcontractor troops have been continuously out of the field, and the employment demand of return to work and production has been dealt with. Closely organize the safety net for prevention and control. Strictly control the personnel in and out of the project department, register one by one, measure the temperature, disinfect and sterilize, and enter only after the completion of a series of strict and detailed procedures. The project department formulates the barrier plan and the barrier room handling rules, centralizes the completed barrier personnel, transforms some offices, vacates 19 barrier rooms, facilitates the independent residence of the barrier investigators, and sends the duty personnel to inspect the health status of the blocked personnel in the protective clothing every day, and takes the temperature measurement every morning and every night, and sets up the barrier investigation registration table one by one. At the expiration of the barrier investigation period, if there is no suspicious symptom, the medical barrier investigation can be exempted only after the project department and the health department check and approve and sign on the quarantine registration form of the barrier personnel at the expiration of the barrier investigation period, and report for approval.
Full coverage of return to work and protection. The project department shall arrange the employees to have meals and wash at different peak, and strengthen the guard. The project department shall carry out intensive disinfection in the construction area and the office and living area twice a day, and do a good job in the health management of the employees in an all-round way. In order to ensure "preparation", the project department has accumulated 2000 masks, 20 kg of disinfectant, 20 pairs of goggles, 50 disposable gloves and 4 temperature measuring guns. In view of the problem of insufficient production capacity of building materials, the project department strengthened communication and liaison with material suppliers to ensure the supply of main materials. Now, the commercial concrete suppliers will complete the procedures for resumption of work, and the key projects such as foundation pouring will quickly set off a boom, and strive to seize the construction period and ensure the progress, so as to lay a solid foundation for the completion of the proposed construction period policy years ago. "After returning to work, we will focus on the supply of building materials, optimize the construction arrangement, tackle the construction difficulties, and try to recover the lost construction period as soon as possible in accordance with the idea of focusing on the key points, overcoming the difficulties and rushing for the construction period."
