Return to production and work, power first.
The operation and consumption of electric power can reflect the development of production activities of enterprises, which has attracted much attention from all walks of life. For this reason, the short edition summarizes the recent power operation and resumption of work in some provinces as follows:
Rapid addition of load capacity in five southern provinces
Since the resumption of work on February 10, the load electricity level of the five southern provinces and regions has continued to recover. On March 5, the highest unified load of China Southern Power Grid was 133.86 million kilowatts, 33.18% higher than that on February 9, and 81.58% higher than that before saving. The highest load of Guangdong, Yunnan and Guizhou power grids exceeded the load level before the operation, and the highest load of Guangxi and Hainan power grids recovered to 78.09% and 79.83% before the operation. In the meantime, the maximum load separation of Guangdong Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Dongguan and Foshan Power Grids in the unified dispatching is 9.72 million KW, 9.8 million KW, 10.18 million KW and 7.7 million KW, which is 85.89%, 45.57%, 190.28% and 150.42% higher than that on February 9.
Guangdong
On March 10, Guangdong Province returned to work and production for a full month, with a year-on-year decrease of only 2.3% in electricity consumption, returning to the level before the Spring Festival this year (the average level of electricity consumption in the first ten days of January) exceeding 90%.
On February 10, the highest load of Guangdong unified dispatching increased by 61.3% compared with February 10 on the first day of resumption. According to the calculation of the resumption period, the total electricity consumption of the province in the fourth week (March 2-march 8) is 8.79 billion kwh, nearly 15 percentage points higher than that in the third week (February 24-march 1). During this period, the second industrial power consumption exceeded 20% on a month-on-month basis, which is still the main driving force for the province's power consumption, driving the province's power consumption to increase 12.1% on a month-on-month basis, and the manufacturing and construction industries to maintain a relatively rapid increase on a month-on-month basis in the third week. The growth rate of electricity consumption in the fourth week after the resumption of the third industry slowed down from that in the third week, down 7.3 percentage points. In the meantime, the information transmission, software and information technology service industries still maintained the momentum of addition under the condition that other occupations in the tertiary industry were all negative year-on-year, with an increase of more than 10% year-on-year. The electricity consumption of leasing and business service industry, real estate industry, transportation, storage and post industry increased significantly in the fourth week, while that of accommodation and catering industry increased slowly in the third week.
According to the calculation of relevant departments in Guangdong Province, more than 52000 Industrial Enterprises above the designated level in Guangdong Province returned to work in one month, with a return rate of 97.4%. From the perspective of occupation, the return rate of instrument manufacturing, computer, communication and other electronic equipment manufacturing, printing and recording media reproduction industry exceeded 90%.
Hainan
With the continuous addition of Hainan enterprises returning to work and production, the power consumption of the whole province is increasing day by day. By March 10, the daily average power consumption of 130000 industrial and commercial enterprises reached more than half of the daily average power consumption in December 2019. The power consumption of Hainan industrial and commercial enterprises on March 10 was 54.43% higher than that on February 10, and the power demand of enterprises was significantly increased. Now, the power supply of Hainan Province can reach 4.9 million kilowatts, with a surplus of about 1 million kilowatts.
It is reported that the power consumption of "information transmission, software and information technology service industry", "financial industry" and "transportation, storage and postal industry" has been improved most obviously; the daily average power consumption of 55 large pharmaceutical enterprises in Hainan Province has reached 112.75% of the daily average power consumption in December 2019, reflecting that the pharmaceutical enterprises have entered the outstanding production status.
It is understood that the power consumption of the second and third industries in Hainan Province accounts for about 70% of the power consumption of the whole province, which is greatly affected by the epidemic. In the second industry, the cement manufacturing industry, which has a greater impact, has also gradually recovered; the electric power of the petrochemical industry has a smaller impact, and large industrial enterprises such as Hainan refining and Chemical Co., Ltd. did not stop production at all during the Spring Festival and epidemic prevention and control period, and now the resumption rate is 61.68%, and the resumption rate is 91.11%.
Yunnan
The power consumption of Yunnan's large industry has increased significantly. On March 5, Yunnan's large industrial power consumption was 232 million kwh, with a recovery rate of 87.70%. The general industrial and commercial power consumption was 43.84 million kwh, 22.81% higher than that on February 10.
Guizhou
With the increasing number of enterprises returning to work and production, the power load in Guizhou has been steadily increased. By March 7, the province's daily electricity consumption was 308 million kwh, which was up 15.2% compared with that before February 13.
Hubei
On March 11, the daily power consumption of Hubei power grid was 321 million kwh, a year-on-year decrease of 37.43%; the maximum power load was 17226000 kwh, a year-on-year decrease of 29.16%. Meanwhile, the daily power consumption of Wuhan power grid is 89 million kwh, down 35.84% year on year; the maximum power load is 4.459 million KW, down 34.80% year on year.
On March 11, 22 units of 200000 kW and above were opened in Hubei Province, and 5.049 million tons of coal was stored in the power plant of the whole province.
Qinghai
By March 3, 2020, the nationwide (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) scale resumption index has reached 57.42%. In the data calculation of 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government), 27 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government) with the resumption index higher than 50%, in which Qinghai Province ranks first with 70.62%, 13.2 percentage points higher than the national average, and 65.03% of the 37 major cities in China, Xining ranks first.
By March 10, 16436 users had returned to work in the whole province, with a return rate of 83.43%, which was the acceleration of Qinghai's return to work.
Gansu
From March 1 to 8, the power consumption of Gansu Power Grid reached 2187.97 million kwh, a year-on-year decrease of 2.82%; the power generation was 3114.92 million kwh, a year-on-year decrease of 7.96%. As of March 8, the maximum power load of this month was 12.81 million kilowatts, down 0.47% year on year. (Note: the above data do not include the self use part of the self provided power plant)
Shandong
With the acceleration of resumption of work and production, Shandong's power consumption steadily increased from 45 million kilowatts in the early stage of the epidemic to 58 million kilowatts on March 4, and the daily power supply also increased from 900 million kilowatt hours to 1.27 billion kilowatt hours. The overall consumption level of power has recovered to the previous level
