The total investment of the project is 3 billion yuan. After the project is put into operation, Haimen ailang wind power will become the largest wind power blade production base in the world.
In June 2018, the delegation of Shanghai ailang Wind Power Technology Development Co., Ltd. came to Haimen port new area for the first time. On July 16, an investment agreement was signed with the new area. It is planned to invest 2.02 billion yuan to build a new production base of high-power wind power blades on 575 mu land, which is the sixth production base established by the company in the country. More than one month later, the construction of ailang wind power blade project was broken. Last March, the trial production of the enterprise realized the taxable sales of 600 million yuan. In March of this year, the enterprise returned to work and production. At present, the order is full. All 16 production lines have been put into production, with more than 2200 employees. This year, it is planned to achieve 2.5 billion yuan of taxable sales.
With the development of enterprise market and increasing orders, Shanghai ailang wind power decided to implement phase II project in Haimen port new area. The project is planned to take 438 mu of land, with a total investment of 3 billion yuan. It is located in the north of phase I plant area. It is planned to build production workshop, office building, warehouse, etc. for the R & D, manufacturing, sales and maintenance of wind power equipment and supporting parts, fan blades and related composite materials As well as national technical standardization test. The project will enter the construction site at the end of June. After completion, the sales volume of Haimen ailang will exceed 10 billion yuan and become the largest wind power blade production base in the world.
According to the person in charge of Shanghai ailang Wind Power Technology Development Co., Ltd., the reason for their additional investment in Haimen port new area and the implementation of phase II project is that they mainly focus on the vast hinterland resources, coastal deep-water wharf and convenient transportation advantages here, and more importantly, the business environment here is first-class. The first phase project only takes 8 months from signing the contract to trial production.
