Insulating oil gas chromatography analyzer is a technology for separating and analyzing multi-component mixtures. It mainly utilizes the differences in boiling points, polarity, and adsorption coefficients of each component in the sample in the chromatographic column to separate each component in the column, and conducts qualitative and quantitative analysis of the separated components. This instrument is designed in accordance with the requirements of the "Determination of Dissolved Gas Components in Insulating Oil (Chromatography)" in the power system. It adopts microcomputer automatic control, full keyboard operation, and large screen LCD display. It has the characteristics of high temperature control accuracy, stable and reliable performance, high sensitivity, and good repeatability.

The gas chromatograph uses gas as the mobile phase (carrier gas). When the sample is sent to the injector and vaporized, it is carried by the carrier gas into the packed or capillary column. Due to the differences in boiling point, polarity, and adsorption coefficient of each component in the sample, each component is separated in the column. Then, the detector connected to the column detects each component in sequence based on its physical and chemical properties, and finally sends it to the chromatography workstation through the network, The chromatographic workstation records and analyzes the gas chromatograms of each component to obtain the analysis report of each component. The instrument adopts a dual column parallel shunt system. Equipped with TCD, dual FID, and methane conversion furnace, it can achieve full analysis of seven components of dissolved gas in oil (H2, CH4, C2H2, C2H4, C2H6, CO, CO2) in one injection. If necessary, it can perform full analysis of nine components of gas (H2, O2, N2, CH4, C2H2, C2H4, C2H6, CO, CO2).


The instrument can be used for internal fault detection of oil and gas equipment in the power system, analysis of cooling medium for hydrogen cooled generators, analysis of sulfur hexafluoride impurities, boiler flue gas analysis, natural gas analysis, and environmental monitoring analysis. It can be used for both specialized analysis and general analysis, making it an effective equipment for gas analysis in petroleum, chemical, mining, and other systems.
