This instrument is a multifunctional measuring instrument, equivalent to the usual two testing instruments: transformer capacity tester and transformer characteristic parameter tester. It can accurately measure a series of power frequency parameters such as the capacity, type, no-load current, no-load loss, short-circuit (load) loss, impedance voltage, etc. of various transformers. This product has many advantages such as small size, light weight, high measurement accuracy, good stability, and simple operation. It can completely replace the previous method of using multiple meters to measure transformer losses and capacity, making wiring simpler, testing and recording more convenient, and greatly improving your work efficiency.

Functional features:

1. Can accurately measure the capacity of various distribution transformers, convenient and accurate.

2. Can measure the no-load current, no-load loss, short-circuit voltage, and short-circuit (load) loss of transformers.

3. The instrument automatically switches range internally, allowing for a wide range of voltage and current measurements, and simple wiring.

4. When conducting no-load and load tests on three-phase transformers, the instrument can automatically determine whether the wiring is correct and display vector diagrams of three-phase voltage and current.

5. A single machine can complete the measurement of load experiments for distribution transformers below 1000KVA at full current; The measurement of load test for distribution transformers below 3150KVA can be completed at one-third of the rated current (the instrument can be converted to load loss parameters at one-third of the rated current).

6. All test results are automatically corrected accordingly. The instrument can automatically perform various calibrations such as waveform correction, temperature correction, non rated voltage correction, non rated current correction, etc., to improve the accuracy of test results.

7. 320 × 240 large screen, high brightness LCD display, full English menu and operation prompts for friendly human-machine dialogue, touch buttons for easier operation, wide temperature LCD with brightness adjustment, suitable for winter and summer seasons.

8. The instrument can be pre-set by the user with 40 sets of sample parameters, and these parameters can be deleted and added as needed at any time, making it very convenient to use.

9. Equipped with a real-time electronic clock, it automatically records the date and time of the experiment, which is conducive to the storage and management of experimental results.

10. Panel type thermal printer can quickly print test results on site.

11. The data (sample settings, measurement results, testing time, etc.) has the function of power-off storage and browsing, can store 500 sets of experimental results, and can be transmitted online with a computer.

12. Allow external voltage transformers and current transformers to be used for extended range measurement, and can measure any parameter of the test object.
