The high-voltage switch mechanical characteristic tester is a new specialized instrument for detecting the mechanical dynamic characteristics of high-voltage circuit breakers. In the design of the instrument, only one closing (opening) action is required, which can sample and record all data of six fractures, display the measurement results with a single key operation, and print and record the measurement data. Testing Principles
The high-voltage switch mechanical characteristic tester adopts a four terminal wiring method of circuit resistance testing, which actually tests the dynamic resistance during the switch action process and can be used to test the SF6 high-voltage circuit breaker with graphite contacts. The working principle of the dynamic resistance testing channel is to load a 10A constant current source on the two terminals of the graphite contact of the circuit breaker, and connect the other two test signal lines (voltage signals) at both ends of the circuit breaker, Test the dynamic voltage change waveform within 200mV during the action of the graphite contact to determine the position of the metal contact of the circuit breaker, and then infer the true and accurate position of the graphite contact based on its length.
