Zc-201a transformer power analyzer has powerful functions, simple operation and few faults. However, it doesn't rule out the failure due to improper use, so here are some simple troubleshooting methods:
Startup without display: first shut down, open the fuse box of AC 220V socket on the backplane, check whether the fuse is burnt out, and replace the fuse.
The screen suddenly goes black: press the reset key to start the measurement again.
Incorrect measurement and calculation results: check whether the external wiring is operated according to the instructions, whether there is poor contact or wrong connection; the relevant parameters are set incorrectly.
If the measured voltage is normal and the current display is zero, please check whether the current guard fuse is broken.
When wiring with double meter method, it prompts wiring error. Please check the field wiring carefully according to the instruction manual. If the wiring is correct, please change the A / C two-phase of the voltage regulator and try again, so as to determine whether the field three-phase power phase sequence is wrong.
The result of no-load test has a large jump, please note that the test power supply needs to be separated from the power supply used by high-power impact equipment such as workshop traveling crane.
