The power supply and control of the device are integrated design, i.e. electronic multi octave test control box. And it is equipped with over-current and over-voltage protection. The composition block diagram is shown in Fig. 1.

In the main interface, click the "withstand voltage test" menu, and the interface as shown in Figure 2 will pop up.

1. Parameter setting value area:
(1) Test frequency (Hz): set value of test output frequency
(2) Rise voltage (%): set value of rise voltage of test object
(3) Test high voltage (kV): target value of high voltage side boosting set in the test
(4) Current protection (A): set value of test output protection current
(5) Withstand time (s): target value of the test withstand time
2. Display area of test process:
(1) Current output frequency (Hz): the current output frequency value of the host
(2) Current test voltage (kV): output voltage value of high voltage side
(3) Current output current (a): output current value of the host

When the boost voltage at the high voltage side reaches the target value, start timing and display the value of the withstand voltage meter. When the value of the withstand voltage meter reaches the set value of the withstand voltage time, the output will be automatically turned off.
4. User operation area
1) Start test: start the output. In the automatic mode, the host will automatically step up to the set value of the high-voltage output. In the manual mode, it is allowed to step up / down the voltage through the "up voltage" and "down voltage" buttons.
(2) Voltage rise: under the manual mode, control the single step voltage rise of the host
(3) Voltage drop: in manual mode, control the single step voltage rise of the host
(4) Stop output: turn off the host output
(5) Save data: enter the save test data interface, as shown in Figure 5
(6) Alarm reset: clear the alarm information of the host
(7) Back: back to main menu
