③ Challenges in anti-interference capabilities:
The AC injection method is susceptible to interference from charger ripple current or electromagnetic noise, leading to data fluctuations. Algorithms need to be optimized or filtering modules added in environments with strong ripple currents to improve stability.
④ Operation relies on professional experience:
Despite the high degree of automation of the equipment, interpreting the results still requires combining historical data with the battery type. ⑤ Cannot completely replace discharge testing:
Internal resistance testing can quickly screen out underperforming batteries, but it cannot replace deep discharge testing.
